Return office visit: $175

Payment Policy and Responsibility

Payment is expected at the time of service.  Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.  Insurance companies are increasingly covering naturopathic medical care. Ask your carrier about coverage or reimbursement. I do not bill insurance, but can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.  Reimbursement of service is not guaranteed. If you have insurance that does not cover naturopathic medical care, use of a Health Savings Account (HSA) or flexible spending account may cover this care. Check with your employer to see if one of these options is available to you. Supplements, medicines, and laboratory fees are in addition to the charges listed above.
